South Station

This project was designed to be an affordable, Energy Star rated, multi-family transit oriented development in Daybreak.  Designed to cater to a varying demographic and income level, the first phase will be 38 units, with a total of 350 units when fully built.

The development includes an underground parking garage and is estimated at $38-million construction cost fully built.Our team worked hand-in-hand with Rio Tinto representatives to ensure design standards were met.  We also worked collaboratively with Gold Medallion Homes to establish project vision.

The project is designed to LEED Silver Standards and incorporates innovation in both design and materials while still meeting strict budget parameters.
