Method Studio was retained to work with Metaview Development and Rimrock Construction to develop a new housing development in the Marmalade District of Salt Lake City.

Working hand-in-hand with all entities, Method Studio created a design for affordable housing that enhanced the neighborhood and was catered to single, older tenants. The building includes 22-units, 30,000 s.f. and a 44 stall parking garage estimated at $3.5 million.

We worked closely with the city and the neighborhood community counsel to address key concerns which has resulted in a design that all parties are pleased with.  This facility is designed as a sustainable development with many innovative materials and systems included.
