Positions – AD

Develops solutions and creates project designs based on client vision/goals, budgets and schedules, and programming documentation of one or more projects. Available for coordination with technical team in CD development. Assists in preparation of presentation and design drawings and details. Adept in multi programs and mediums to convey design concepts. Expert in 3d and 2d visualization. Expert in building product knowledge and costs,  researches and engages with product databases and reps to properly to assist the production team in contract documentation implementation. Requires 5 or more years in developing details and providing planning and design support in the preparation of design development.
