Method Studio master planned 3 acre commercial site for phased development, including two office buildings and related parking structures for 90,000 GSF in Salt Lake Valley, with emphasis on maximizing high-value leasable office space. The phased approach affords an opportunity to use the first built building to serve as a swing-space for the key tenant currently occupying an existing/obsolete/undersized office on one side of the site, while the 2nd building replaces the existing.
