Gardner Office Building

The Gardner Group asked Method Studio for help conceptualizing a future public/private partnership with Utah Valley University’s Business School’s incubator programs that foster future tech entrepreneurs. The flexible mixed-use office and classroom spaces were literally conceived to be connected by a bridge between business and academia.  The office building is a 10-story, 280,000 square foot edifice and the academic/mixed-use building is five stories and 140,000 square feet.  The project is poised for development pending funding.
