McKay Dee Hospital has seen an increased need for Hybrid procedures. Method Studio worked with Intermountain Health to upgrade one of its existing Catheterization Labs to achieve a Hybrid Operating Room designation. The upgrades include new imaging equipment, surgical booms, finishes, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. Method Studio also worked with Intermountain Health to ensure that not only FGI 2010, but also the more recent versions of FGI, were met for the required air changes and finishes. This could reduce costs for future renovations if the adopted FGI requirements are updated.
