Mountainland Technical College
Health Science Building + Classroom Building Renovation

A classic example of repurposing a building with good bones to extend its useful life and save taxpayer dollars, this project breathes new life into the old Provo 4th District Courts Facility. Courtrooms, sallyports, holding areas, and court administrative spaces are transformed into usable spaces for learning and technical education labs, classrooms, and administrative offices. As part of the project, outdated building systems will be updated and replaced. Rigorous cost oversight is a renovation design imperative, aligned with Method Studio’s value-added services.
