Thumbtack’s corporate offices are located in California and when looking to expand a larger call center operation chose Utah for its new home. Selection of the final site location for the new call center was key. Thumbtack wanted to be adjacent to mass transit to draw from the entire Wasatch front for an employee base. This dictated that amenities such as showers, nap rooms, gym, full service kitchen and bike storage had to be integrated into the layout to attract the top tier talent Thumbtack was after. The 49,711 square foot project enhances employee performance and wellbeing through imaginative use of office adjacencies and interior elements along with views, nap rooms, mother’s room, and gym.
