Firelight Mixed-use Development

Method Studio developed a new master planned community in Southern Utah. Firelight is a new 1,700+ acre Master planned community in Toquerville – located below the rugged peaks of the Pine Valley Mountains, at the gateway to Zions National Park designed to synergize with a new community park, retail & commercial district, hotels and other travel services, and a transportation and outdoor activity hub.

The development will be home-base for adventure seekers, families, & active adults seeking an outdoor living lifestyle in Southern Utah. The development will feature various housing products including neighborhoods with single family homes, townhomes, condos, condo-hotels, and apartments – all connected by trails/walkways/bike paths to a robust town center (complete with retail, gas-stations, restaurants, hotels, a visitor center and an adventure center, and a central park).  Sustainable and contextual design is a driving goal for this unique new development in Southern Utah.
