R-15 is a multi-family project located in Meridian, Idaho. The 16.6 acre site include 5 apartment complex buildings with total of 120 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units & 130 3 story townhomes with 1 & 2 car garages. Generous amount of open spaces for passive & active recreational use include club house, swimming pools, sport courts & jog/walk paths. Covered & surface parking are distributed throughout the site and are integrated into the green spaces in order to avoid large concentration of parked vehicles.
