Overnighter Apartments

Method Studio was retained to assist the HASLC to conceptualize the Overnighter Apartments; a 5-story over 1 level of concrete podium estimated at approximately 272,658 SF.   

This HASLC  project was presented at the Mayor’s Blue Ribbon committee as a potential project that would serve both market-rate and low-income housing needs here in the valley.   It was designed with 304 units, 35 studios, 130 Micro one-bedrooms,  71  one-bedrooms, 46 two bedrooms, and 22 three-bedroom units.  The building would be certified in both Energy Star and Enterprise Green Communities.  
Proposed amenities include, raised gardens, an exercise room, community kitchen, computer room, and possibly a rooftop plaza.
