Stack Farmington Station

This office building is Phase I of the 138-acre North Farmington Station development next to a TOD remote transit station for a direction connection to the rail line. (A future mirrored design of this building is planned for Phase II.) The design is for a 6-story core-and-shell structure of about 186,000 SF.
