Irvine Development retained Method Studio to help conceptualize, plan and design a boutique hotel, apartments, condominium and mixed-use development for Exit 2 in St. George, directly adjacent to Sun River. This large-scale development includes amenity-rich features such as a lazy river, pool, dog park, covered parking, community rooms, restaurants, shopping and more.

Method Studio has been retained to master plan, assist in PD development, and design a unique, modern, amenity rich new mixed-use development in St. George, Utah.  The work includes 4 new apartment buildings, a high-end boutique hotel, various associated amenities and retail spaces, potential entertainment buildings, and a 100-unit condominium complex.  The project also includes podium and surface parking. We are currently in the master planning site option phase.
