The Olive by CW Urban

This mixed-use urban project features street-level retail, and 120 units on five floors, and rooftop amenities. The Olive will offer 120 parking stalls, most of them on 3-level lifts, the second project in Utah to offer this kind of parking in Utah. The parking garage solution is an innovative response to a tight urban site and has the added benefits of both a smaller footprint and a cost savings of $5000 per car.
