Utah Tech Classroom Building

This General Classroom building will include lecture halls, classrooms, and labs. The building will also include faculty and academic support offices, conference rooms, and study spaces to meet core instructional needs. More specifically, the building is estimated to include 51 lecture and computer lab classrooms (52,920 sqft), 93 offices, 10 adjunct professor stations, supporting conference rooms, faculty work rooms, and reception areas (18,950 sqft), and 24 student study and student support spaces (6,200 sqft). It also includes the demolition of the existing pavilion, stage, and sand volleyball courts.
