Utah Tech Legend Solar Stadium

The $6,000,000 east side expansion of the Legend Solar Stadium provides an opportunity to boost the image and impact of DSU football. 

Creating a memorable and fun game day experience is critical to the success of the project. Good site-lines to the field, easy access to restrooms and shorter lines for concessions are all detail elements that bring fans back time and again. Method Studio has provided a design that maximizes views for all 5,000 fans based on the unique layout of Legend Solar’s new playing surfaces and draws aesthetically on the landscape and design sensibilities unique to Dixie State.

The proposed design is great for watching a game, but it also fosters the social opportunities that make sports fun. Well defined entry portals, ease of access to concessions and restrooms, and a place to gather before and during the events creates a real collegiate game-day experience for the east side that will be of value for years to come as Dixie State Athletics continues to grow. 

Spaces include a 5,000 aluminum seat grandstand, 14,000 s.f. cmu block building under the bleachers, locker rooms, bathrooms, ticket office, concession space, training room, officials locker room, storage and support space.
