Located in the heart of Utah City, the site for the Vineyard Center provides a central location for city operations and community services along with sweeping mountain and lake views. The four-story Center housing city offices, the Mountainland Association of Governments (MAG), and community spaces. Amenities include: City Offices and Council Chambers, Headquarters for Mountainland Association of Governments (MAG), Community Rooms and Other Services, Rooftop Event Space, Outdoor Plazas and Green Spaces, Spaces for Food Trucks, Farmers’ Markets and Craft Fairs, Pedestrian and Bike Friendly Infrastructure Including Trails, Paths, and Bike Storage, Connections to the Adjacent Promenade, Open Spaces, and Parks, Structured Parking on the North Side of the Building.
Other possible amenities include: Café and Other Retail Offerings, Space For Small Market Booths, Interpretative Displays Sharing Vineyard’s Heritage and Legacy, and Recreation Equipment Check Out. The upper-level functions as a business center for conferences, meetings, and seminars during daytime hours. The event space is available for use in the evenings for weddings, reunions, performances, and other social gatherings.
