Wolf Run Student Housing

Wolf Run is a new student housing project located in Reno, Nevada.  Serving the Nevada State student body, the 5 buildings and approximately 340,000 sf of living and amenity area offer a diverse range of opportunities for the residents and nearby student and academic community.  Comprised of 30 private studio units and 202 two-bedroom apartments, the 434 student offering has in-unit laundry and cooking in addition to the other offerings on site.  The common amenities include an indoor pool, roof-top gathering and BBQ areas, meditation space, group kitchen, and lounge space.  It also offers a full gym experience and includes meeting and study spaces for students. This project also has the distinction of all the units being sized for accessibility and being adaptable upon request
